“In November 2019, according to preliminary results of a sample survey of labor, 3.5 million people aged 15 years or older, or 4.6% of the labor force, were classified as unemployed (in accordance with the methodology of the International Labor Organization),” RIA Novosti news agency.

The Federal State Statistics Service specified that 700 thousand people were registered as unemployed in employment agencies.

The total labor force in Russia, according to a preliminary study, amounted to 76.2 million people, or 52% of the country's population.

It is noted that the unemployment rate in Russia in November did not change compared with October data.
