The "D" package links the ports of Fujairah and Khor Fakkan with a value of 4.6 billion dirhams and extends over a distance of 145 km. This package will also link the quarries producing building materials in the north of the state, in a way that contributes to the upgrading of the transport and shipping sector in the country by linking strategic ports, manufacturing and production points and population centers. The "D" package extends over a distance of 145 km, during which 15 tunnels will be constructed through the mountains, the total length of which will be more than 16 km.
