According to Guseva, two months ago, during the meeting of the State Duma committee, the introduction of a progressive personal income tax rate was discussed, while a video with her speech was published only at the beginning of this week.
“This happened exactly on the day when on my Instagram page I demanded that Russian Post and power engineers clean up tariffs: in the Volgograd region, tariffs were reduced and the issue for residents was resolved,” she said.
At the same time, the parliamentarian added that political opponents took her words out of context. She noted that the video talks about one thing, but the texts say something else.
Guseva added that she grew up in an ordinary family and "will not offend a common man."
