“An audit is being carried out, employees of the insurance company went to the victims in the hospital in order to establish the circumstances of what happened,” the Investigative Committee said.
As it became known earlier, on the morning of Tuesday, December 17, eight people were admitted to hospital No. 33 in Nizhny Novgorod with signs of toxic poisoning.
The Nizhny Now news agency, citing the regional Ministry of Health, reported that "the condition of eight citizens hospitalized in the toxicological center of City Clinical Hospital No. 33 with suspected inhalation poisoning, without deterioration and closer to satisfactory."
The causes of poisoning are still unknown.
