The private healthcare company Capio now takes over the region's health center in Grums.

What is the reason for Capio's success with the staffing?

- That's what they say. They say they will do this and we see that they can do it in Vålberg and Kristinehamn, then we think it is good, says Fredrik Larsson.

Do you see any risks with privatization?

- There are always risks. The risk that could be is that they can't handle it and back out. Then it is important that we have the premises for example, and we still do, says Fredrik Larsson.

Disagreeing board

Värmland Cooperation and SD voted in favor of the decision, while S and V opposed.

- We had a counter-proposal where we wanted to say no to that privatization and give the regional director an assignment to develop it on his own, says Ulric Andersson (S).
