The four people were suspected of attempted murder and serious weapons crime, but on Sunday, three of them were released. It is unclear if they are still suspected of crimes.
A man in his 30s who suffered serious injuries and a man in his 25s who was lightly injured were shot in Hässleholm on Thursday.
According to Sweden's radio, those involved in the shooting have links to criminal milieus.
