Berlin (dpa) - In the Christmas business, retailers in Germany focus on the last week of Advent. For many stores, the week before the fourth Advent is the most profitable time of the year, says the German trade association. The proportion of companies that were satisfied with their sales development so far fell from 50 to 40 percent. In the city centers in particular, fewer visitors were recorded, and increases in registered retail parks outside the cities.
