The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Higher Colleges of Technology signed a memorandum of cooperation to rehabilitate 18,000 citizens during the next three years, and through the "National Training Portal", under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

The portal aims to enable citizens to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market and its functional needs in targeted sectors, within the framework of implementing the Emiratization Resolutions package issued a while ago by the Council of Ministers.

The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Chairman of the Emiratisation Committee, Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, appreciated the support of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, through his chairmanship of the Committee for Follow-up and Implementation of “New Season Letters” for the integrated efforts made to implement the Emiratization Resolutions package, according to which the “National Training Portal” crystallized »That contribute to providing the labor market with trained and qualified national talent.

He said that the portal is an innovative platform to enable citizens to have jobs in the labor market, pointing to the ministry’s keenness to develop its partnership with higher technology colleges to design and implement programs that will train and qualify national human resources, in line with the requirements of jobs available to institutions and companies operating in the targeted sectors, And that searches for the competencies and experiences to occupy these jobs, especially in light of a competitive work environment that requires self-affirmation, competence, and excellence in performing the required job tasks.

Al-Hamli called on male and female citizens to benefit from the support provided by the "National Training Portal" to enable them to achieve their career aspirations.

The "National Training Portal" allows citizens looking for job opportunities and who want to develop their skills, as well as citizens who want to change their professional paths to see all specialized training programs and courses, and the possibility to choose from them in a manner that suits their qualifications and career aspirations, and then register to participate in the program that is chosen According to a specific mechanism, through the website (aetraining.ae).

The portal provides various specialized training programs and diplomas, and other skillful skills in line with job requirements in the areas of human resources, retail, sales, insurance, real estate, property management, information technology, financial and banking services, customer service and public relations, as well as airport and support services.

The portal also provides technical programs in the fields of aircraft maintenance, electrical and mechanical engineering and in the oil and gas field.

The duration of the offered programs ranges between 3 and 6 months, according to which the trainee obtains a certificate issued by the training centers accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

The signing ceremony for the memorandum of cooperation was held recently in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in the presence of Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, members and representatives of the members of the Emiratisation committee that includes the general secretaries of the executive councils in the UAE emirates.
