According to the amendments to the Administrative Code, fines may be imposed for violating the requirements for anti-terrorist protection of facilities or for obstructing the activities of security personnel responsible for security, RIA Novosti reports.
For individuals, fines range from three to five thousand rubles, for officials - from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months to three years. At the same time, for legal entities the fine will be from 100 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.
The head of state also signed a law allowing the introduction of a temporary ban on traveling abroad for citizens who were dismissed from military service in the FSB.
