Media: In the United States, a passenger engine caught fire on a passenger plane

It is noted that one of the passengers of the aircraft published a video of the incident on social networks.

According to him, at first the plane began to shake, as if falling into a turbulence zone. After that, the passenger looked out the window and saw a “flame escaping from the right engine”.

According to the official representative of the airline, a "mechanical problem with one of the engines" arose, after which the plane landed safely. The aircraft will be checked by technical specialists.

Passengers were taken to Chicago by another plane.
