The high commissioner for pensions, Jean-Paul Delevoye presented his resignation to Emmanuel Macron who accepted it "with regret", said Monday, December 16, the Elysee.

The government's high commissioner admitted having failed to declare his position as a volunteer administrator in an insurance training institute, Ifpass, and this weekend rectified his declaration of interests by declaring 13 terms, including 11 volunteers, ten more than in the initial version.

Combination of functions

Jean-Paul Delevoye also cumulated his governmental function with that, remunerated, of president of Parallaxe, an institute of reflection on education, cumulation declared but not authorized, what he says he learned afterwards.

The anti-corruption association Anticor had seized last Tuesday the High Authority for the transparency of life
(HATVP) regarding the declaration of interests of Jean-Paul Delevoye, who presented irregularities with regard to potential conflicts of interest.
