The Sharjah Criminal Court has examined the case of an Asian person in his fifth decade who is accused of falsifying and using an official editor, as he forged the seals of his diploma 10 years ago.

And the details of the incident, according to the case papers, are due to the defendant presenting a study certificate to a company with the aim of working in it, and by examining the certificate it was found that it was forged and incorrect, so a report was opened against the accused, and upon his investigation it was found that the seals on the certificate were forged in 2009, and the defendant presented it To more than one authority to obtain work, accordingly the defendant was referred to the Public Prosecution in Sharjah, and from there to the criminal court.

The court faced the accused with the statements attributed to him, then he denied it, and said that the certificate is original, and he has the original copy, indicating that whoever falsified the seals had a printing office addressed to him in 2009, and gave him 800 dirhams in exchange for sending the certificate to his home country to be authenticated and returned to him, where he received the certificate from The office after about 15 days, and submitted it to more than one authority to obtain work, stating that the incident took place about 10 years ago, and he does not know where the office is located at the present time, or whether it is still present or has been closed.

The court decided to postpone the case to the December 29th session for review and presentation of the defense.
