The Sharjah Criminal Court has examined the case of a five-year-old Asian person accused of falsifying and using an official editor, forging the seals of his diploma 10 years ago.
The details of the incident are returned according to the case papers when the accused presented a study certificate to a company with the aim of working in it. On the one hand, to obtain a job, the accused was referred to the Public Prosecution in Sharjah, and from there to the Criminal Court.
The court faced the accused with the statements attributed to him. The office after about 15 days and submitted it to more than one authority to obtain work, indicating that the incident occurred about 10 years ago and does not know where the office is located at the present time or whether it is still present or has been closed.
The court decided to postpone the case to the December 29 session for review and presentation of the defense.
