The man, aged 30, who admitted firing a shot at the restaurant was sentenced to two years and three months in prison. He is convicted of causing danger to others, for gross arms offense and for violating the Arms Act. However, he is acquitted of the charge of attempted murder.

The other two persons so charged have also been acquitted of attempted murder. One man, a 20-year-old is completely acquitted, while the other, even at 20, is sentenced to one month in prison for a crime.

Have admitted that he shot

Shortly after closing on February 24, a shot from a passing car was fired at the restaurant entrance. In the car sat the three accused men. The 30-year-old man admitted during the trial that he had shot a shot, however he states that his intention was not to hit anyone but merely acknowledged the injury.

The district court believes it is proven that the shots came from the car the three were driving past Harry's, but the prosecutor does not believe the prosecutor has succeeded in proving that the 30-year-old had committed murder or grossly unlawful threats. However, it is believed that the man should have realized that the shot could have met someone who was inside the premises or near the entrance and therefore the man is convicted of causing danger to another.

No person sustained physical injury during the shooting.
