Paris (AP) - The French film actress Anna Karina is dead. The Nouvelle Vague star, made famous by films by director Jean-Luc Godard, died at the age of 79 in Paris from complications from cancer. The French news agency AFP reported. The Danish actress had made seven films with Godard in the 1960s, including "A Woman is a Woman" and "Eleven at Night". Karina also worked with Jacques Rivette and Rainer Werner Fassbinder among others.
