The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the creation of more than 2000 job opportunities within the initiative to accelerate Emiratization in the energy, oil, electricity and gas sectors that the Ministry launched a while ago in cooperation and partnership with the Ministry of Energy, Industry, companies and institutions operating in the two sectors.

The ministry said that more than 590 citizens have benefited so far from the job opportunities provided by the initiative, as some of them got the job and others received offers to work for institutions and companies operating in the two sectors mentioned.

In cooperation with its partners, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will continue to organize recruitment days in the Ministry's settlement centers in various regions, where it will be announced successively in the Ministry's accounts through social media in order to attract more male and female citizens so that they can benefit from the employment opportunities that have been provided. In both sectors.

In a press release, the Ministry called on male and female citizens wishing to work for the two targeted sectors to participate in the employment days to enhance their chances of obtaining jobs to meet their aspirations.

The statement praised the cooperation of many companies operating in the energy, oil, electricity and gas sectors and their interaction with the Emiratization Acceleration Initiative.

The statement also called on institutions and companies operating in the two targeted sectors to deal with the Emiratization file as a strategic choice and a national priority that has the support and follow-up of rational leadership, which requires uniting the efforts of the various entities and developing partnership between them, which contributes to achieving the Emiratisation goals.

The Ministry affirmed the continuation of providing support to institutions and companies in the various economic sectors, including the energy, electricity and gas sectors, based on the Ministry's keenness to fulfill its responsibilities and role within the framework of what is imposed by the strategic partnership with these sectors to achieve the goals of Emiratization.

A recent meeting was held at the Ministry’s office in Dubai, during which they discussed the latest developments in implementing the initiative to accelerate Emiratization in the energy, electricity and gas sectors in the presence of officials and representatives of a group of targeted companies.

The meeting touched on the "Resettlement Partners Club" as a strategic initiative launched by the Ministry to stimulate the private sector and encourage it to attract citizens, especially by taking advantage of the many facilities and benefits offered by the club to its members from companies and institutions, which will reduce operational costs due to the reduction in work permit fees for members The club.

It is mentioned that the member companies of the Emiratisation Partners Club obtain the privileges according to their membership category, whether silver, golden or platinum, as these categories are determined according to the Emiratisation percentages in each establishment.

The list of companies most cooperating in the appointment in the energy, oil, electricity and gas sectors includes the Abu Dhabi Energy Corporation, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, Federal Electricity and Water Authority, Emirates National Oil Company, ADNOC Technical Academy and Petrofac, United Security Group and Ghantoot Transport and General Contracting .
