Berlin (dpa) - Problems with flights, bus and train journeys have led to thousands of complaints to the arbitration board for public transport this year. A spokesman said he expects around 26,000 applications by the end of the year. This is the second highest number after 2018, when a flight chaos in the summer doubled the number of complaints. The measures initiated or already implemented by the aviation industry and politics have obviously had an effect, the decline is said. Complaints from rail and long-distance bus customers have increased further.
