Madrid (dpa) - At the world climate conference in Madrid, the negotiations drag on. In the morning, new draft texts were published that negotiators had worked on during the night. The final plenary was postponed. In the previously full and noisy exhibition halls it was quiet and quite empty in the morning. Delays in the United Nations climate negotiations are the rule rather than the exception. In Poland last year, it was not until late Saturday evening that a compromise was reached.
