Maxillofacial surgeon Luis Senís has held a privileged position in the sky of specialists , but has also fallen to the hells of drug addiction . The evidence confirming this statement is that the doctor of Castellon descent has sent a psychiatric report to a court in order to postpone his next oral trial in which he argues, literally, that he suffers "mystical delusions" of "bonding with God" and of "demonic possession . "

Some arguments that do not justify the strange acts he has committed during 2019. At the beginning of March Senís was identified and expelled from a Valencian hospital for recording porn videos in the toilets of an operating room and in October he was involved in a plot of cocaine traffickers , when he was arrested with half a kilo of this drug .

After this journey, to postpone the impending trial he faces after a woman accused him of causing Ludwig's angina - a gangrenous infection that can be fatal - Senís lawyers have submitted a psychiatric report to try to postpone oral sight in which they argue that their defendant presents "a decompensation of his mental state" that forces him to be admitted on the date scheduled for the trial.

However, what is really curious is the content of the report where it is described that, at present, it shows a « symptomatology compatible with a substance-induced psychotic / affective (manic) disorder according to DSM-5 criteria». A disorder that includes, according to the clinic report, "mystical delusions, demonic possession and bonding with God."

In the same text it is detailed that the patient suffers « expansive humor, irritability, bizarre behaviors and decreased hours of sleep ».

The intention of the defense is to postpone the judicial process by an alleged negligence that, in addition, intends to prove that it occurred after an operation in December 2015, on a date that would coincide with one of Senís sex videos , -the one that was recorded in the bathrooms that are close to the operating room used for the intervention.

Videos in which he appears maintaining explicit sex and that he himself was recorded in several clinics with the mobile phone. In the recordings she appears with classmates and friends - also harmed by the messages - practicing sexual relations and who have already become viral .

The incident, which is located in subudice, generated a stir among professionals in the clinical sector and, especially, among maxillofacial surgeons from all over Spain who received up to three videos and several photographs of the physician and their partners.

It is also surprising that most of the recipients were women. So investigators do not rule out that it is a revenge for a love spite that has ended with judicial significance. At this time it is analyzed how the videos could be released from the phone since the doctor has already denounced the case and denies that he was responsible for the dissemination of private content.

Along with this episode that generated considerable disrepute in Senís professional career, the National Police arrested the well-known Valencian doctor on September 27 when he was carrying a backpack with half a kilo of cocaine and was sent to prison by the Court of Instruction number 5 of Valencia accused of drug trafficking, although with the possibility of being released on bail of 50,000 euros.

The controversy also accompanied Senís when the group of ondontologists denounced the surgeon for inciting the publication of information on the PARP classification in the media that could lead to consumer confusion . In the text of the sentence, it is recognized that the contents disseminated by the doctor described him as “member of the international elite, pioneering study, new technique, of maxiolofacial implants or scientific innovation in relation to pterygoid implants”, which the judge qualifies as "unlawful, misleading, confusing information for consumers and users, and unfair" .

Finally, Luis Senís was also convicted of participating in the network of counterfeit yacht master titles .
