Zlatan statue vandalized again - "Really sawed in the legs"

The alarm to the police about the damage was received shortly after 2:30 pm the night before Thursday.

- Someone has gone and somehow cut his legs. There was some risk of it even crashing. So the assessment was probably that it was just so much sawn in the legs, says Tommy Bengtsson, the police officer on duty.

The police have been in contact with the city of Malmö, who set up the fence around the statue. They should also have ordered security guards there.
