The newly elected Finnish Prime Minister, Sana Marin, is the youngest woman in the world at the age of 34. She attracted the world's attention, after her Social Democratic Party elected her to this position on the 10th of this month, and congratulated her from all over the world.

Marine will head a coalition government consisting of five parties, led by women, three of whom are under the age of 35, just the same. Her parents separated as a child, and she grew up in her mother and friend, describing herself as a "rainbow family." She says she felt that some were ignoring her, because she could not speak openly about her family. She now lives in the Tampere region with her husband and young daughter.

She came from a socio-economic background that the country's leaders rarely come from, and says that one of her greatest inspirations is the rock band "Rag Against the Disgraceful." "I have lived through social support, and I am grateful for the support that society has given me in the difficult times of my life," she said before her election. She lived in a family that did not have much money, and was the first in her family to obtain a college degree. She entered Parliament in 2015, and before her election as Minister of Transport. She says, "I've never thought about my age or sex, what I think about are the goals that pushed me into politics." She is the youngest prime minister in the world today, and by comparison, New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, is 39, while her Ukrainian counterpart, Oliki Hancharuk, is 35. She became president of the Tampere Council, the third largest city in Finland, at the age of 27, and is active in the media, especially "Instagram".
