The Paris Bourse finished small Thursday (+ 0.40%), flirting with 5,900 points in favor of a tweet by Donald Trump that the United States would be "very close" to a trade deal with China.
The CAC 40 index gained 23.38 points to end at 5,884.26 points, in a moderate trade volume of 3.9 billion euros. The day before, it ended up slightly up 0.22%.
