The orders include that the President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission - until the completion of all the necessary legal procedures for that and work according to it - perform the powers of the head of the Supervision and Investigation Authority, and exercise the powers of the head of the administrative investigation department, and he may authorize whoever he deems to exercise some of those powers and powers.

While King Salman has ordered the establishment of a criminal investigation and prosecution unit in the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Commission, it is concerned with the criminal investigation and prosecution of criminal cases related to financial and administrative corruption.

It came from the organizations that the head of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Commission may coordinate with the Public Prosecutor in order to continue the public prosecution in investigating cases of financial and administrative corruption in some regions of the Kingdom where there are no branches of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, provided that a tight mechanism is established between the Public Prosecution and the commission, ensuring Enumeration of these cases and their follow-up by the authority and what it ends with. Spatial jurisdiction is also held in all cases related to financial and administrative corruption cases, to the competent court in Riyadh. And that the "Oversight and Anti-Corruption Commission" should take the necessary measures regarding the crimes of financial and administrative corruption, its perpetrators and parties, whether they are persons of a normal nature who are civil or military employees of the state, or their equivalent contracted or others, or persons with a moral character of the same Relevant to those crimes.

The judgment issued by the competent court for the conviction of any employee or his equivalent in a criminal crime related to financial and administrative corruption, his dismissal from his job, and if the investigation with the public employee or his ruling results in strong suspicions affecting the dignity of the job or integrity, the president of the commission may, after taking an opinion The head of the agency to which the employee belongs is proposing to dismiss him by royal order, without affecting the completion of the criminal action procedures against him.

While the wealth of the public employee and those in his position after assuming the job occurred that is not commensurate with his income or resources, based on evidence based on financial investigations by committing financial or administrative corruption crimes, the burden of proof will be on him to verify that his money has been acquired by legitimate means And, in case he is unable to prove its legitimate source, the results of the financial investigations shall be referred to the Commission's investigation and criminal prosecution unit, for investigation with the employee concerned.

King Salman also ordered the dismissal of Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Ibrahim Al-Hussain, the head of the Oversight and Investigation Board, and his appointment as a member of the Shura Council.
