It is reported by the Donetsk news agency.

“Judging by a number of statements that we have recently heard from Ukrainian officials, a competition for the most ridiculous and absurd statement about the Minsk agreements has been tacitly announced in Kiev. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain why two days after the meeting of the heads of the “Norman Four” countries ... the Ukrainian authorities declare their intention to change these agreements, ”she said.

According to her, during the Norman summit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky personally confirmed the binding and non-alternative nature of the agreements reached in Minsk.

According to the diplomat, these statements are amateurish because the contact group will not work on changing the package of measures and all work in Minsk is based on strict adherence to the Minsk agreements.

Earlier, the representative of Kiev in the political subgroup Aleksey Reznikov said that Ukraine intends to prepare a plan of changes to the Minsk agreements before the next meeting in the Norman format, scheduled for March 2020.

The Norman Summit was held in Paris on December 9th. According to its results, a communique was adopted, which concerns, inter alia, the implementation of the political provisions of Minsk. In particular, we are talking about the need to agree on the special status of certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
