Brussels (dpa) - dispute over the new goal of a climate-neutral Europe by 2050 overshadowed the EU summit. Chancellor Angela Merkel and the other heads of state and government have been fighting for hours in Brussels for an agreement. Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic are concerned and are calling for concrete commitments for financial aid to rebuild their energy supply before they are set for the ambitious climate target. In addition, the Czech Republic insists on recognizing nuclear power as a "green power".
