December 6, 2019, after the Moscow City Health check, the management of the State Clinical Hospital named after S.I. Spasokukotsky (former maternity hospital No. 27) was dismissed as a whole. The reason for the change of personnel was the complaints of four patients whose children suffered during childbirth due to unprofessional behavior of doctors. By the decision of the Savyolovsky District Court, the head of the maternity hospital No. 27 Marina Sarmosyan was arrested for two months on suspicion of negligence (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements (Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She does not admit her guilt.
