“Mom is not to blame”: in Arkhangelsk, parents of children starring in porn received long terms

Ksenia Streblichenko from Arkhangelsk does not believe in the guilt of her mother, Yulia Krasnova. The woman was sentenced to 13.3 years in prison in September: she was accused of inciting her daughter to shoot pornography when she was only 11 years old. The girl starred in at least 300 commercials from 2009 to 2013. In total, 11 children took part in the filming during the work of the underground studio.

Ksenia is now 22 years old. The girl works as a makeup artist and brings up Mark's two-year-old son alone. However, she spends more time not at home with the child, but in the courts. The girl insists that her mother did not know about her shootings in porn: "She is not to blame."

As Ksenia said, in 2009, Olga Gusarova, a former colleague from the FSIN, turned to her grandmother Tatyana Bolotova. Olga then opened a children's photo studio at home and asked Tatyana if she wanted to bring her 11-year-old granddaughter to shoot for clothing advertising. The girl came to the first photo session with her mother, Julia Krasnova. There they met Olga's roommate and studio photographer, 40-year-old Vadim Dvorakovsky.

Little Ksyusha really enjoyed filming, and the resulting pictures made her mom happy. According to Streblichenko, she began to periodically independently go to Vadim and Olga after the lessons, especially since the studio was only five minutes from her school. In addition, the new friends of Ksyusha quickly gained her confidence, were constantly interested in the affairs of the girl, often praised her and predicted her modeling career.

Ksyusha's parents at that time were engaged in a career themselves: stepfather worked in the Ministry of Emergencies, and his mother moved to the FSB.

“She worked a lot at that time and could not give me as much attention,” Ksenia recalls.

After several “advertising” photo shoots, Vadim invited the girl to be naked.

“He said that I am very relaxed and photogenic, an ideal model,” she tells RT. - What photos and videos are needed for sale to foreign customers - even a special pseudonym came up with it, Casey, and promised to share half of the proceeds. The only condition was that I did not talk about what was happening to mom. I myself understood this. Moreover, once she, having learned about my visits, forbade me to go to them, but I continued to do this secretly from my parents. ”

Nevertheless, Gusarova and Krasnov continued to communicate, mainly on the topic of esotericism, which both were interested in. However, according to Streblichenko, Olga never told Yulia about Ksyusha's visits - and even more so about what she had to do in the studio.

KGB agent, psychic, photographer

According to the materials of the criminal case, the studio photographer Vadim Dvorakovsky was born in Moscow, he does not have a passport, he was not convicted, nothing is known about close relatives. According to Ksenia, he introduced himself as a new acquaintance "a former KGB agent and a participant in the hostilities with many military awards."

Dvorakovsky met his future accomplice Olga Gusarova in 2006, the son of a woman, Oleg, told RT. At that time, she was selling flowers at the cemetery, and Dvorakovsky lived there in the back room. Gusarova brought him to her apartment: they began to live together at her expense.

Oleg Gusarov suggests that Vadim got into confidence in his mother, declaring his extrasensory abilities: “This charlatan could impress only a single woman, gullible children or drunk comrades.”

In 2008, Dvorakovsky bought equipment for the studio on a loan, which Olga Gusarova took. He offered her son to work as a recruiter: to look for children in order to shoot a video supposedly to capture pedophiles. Instead, Oleg Gusarov told his mother and her roommate to the police. The audit did not reveal anything, they did not initiate proceedings, and any communication between the mother and her son stopped at that.

"Birds of Paradise"

Over time, other models began to come to Dvorakovsky's studio. Olga Gusarova herself was engaged in the search for new children through her old acquaintances, who were also told the version about “shooting for advertising clothes”.

Now Ksenia starred not only alone, but also with other children. According to her, none of them told parents about what was happening in the studio. Like Casey, they had their own pseudonyms. According to the materials of the criminal case, Dvorakovsky posted decent photographs of children on his Paradise Birds website (“Birds of Paradise”), and clients wrote to him exactly which shootings and with whom they want.

Payments for orders passed through Western Union, they were cashed out by friends of Gusarova. For one photoset or video, buyers paid $ 300-400, directly to the children Dvorakovsky gave no more than one and a half thousand rubles. In case of a sudden visit by his parents, Vadim had a flash drive with photos of dressed children at the ready.

Not all of the buyers of child porn were men - one of the first women from Norway addressed Dvorakovsky, she also had the most stringent requirements. According to Ksenia, Olga Gusarova also starred in some scenes.

In just six and a half years, Dvorakovsky and Gusarova earned 2.9 million rubles on the set. In 2015, Vadim, fearing that he might get caught, abandoned the studio and switched to shooting fish and aquariums.

New victims

In the fall of 2016, police unexpectedly detained Vadim Dvorakovsky and Olga Gusarova. According to RT sources, law enforcement officers discovered one of the sites with photographs of children and thus went to a porn studio. Dvorakovsky meticulously kept an archive of his works, put them in folders with model names, and saved the time and date of the shooting. Therefore, the investigation easily reached the remaining defendants, in addition, Vadim and Olga themselves began to indicate the contacts of the parents whose children they were taking off.

Together with the owners of the studio, four mothers and one grandmother of minor models were detained. Gusarova, Dvorakovsky and one of the mothers, 49-year-old Natalya Nivina, made a deal with the investigation and pleaded guilty. Their testimony formed the basis of the charges against the other defendants.

38-year-old Alexei Martynov with horror recalls how in the early morning the police came to his apartment with his wife Olga.

“They come, I'm in my underpants, my face is on the floor, as they say,” recalls Alexei. - They didn’t understand anything. His wife was taken, almost in a nightgown. Everything turned upside down at home. ”

35-year-old Olga Martynova and her mother, 64-year-old Valentina Varakina, received the same charge as Yulia Krasnova. The man claims that neither his wife nor his mother-in-law knew what was happening.

“Who could have thought that? Gusarova was a familiar family, she worked with our grandmother, she was trusted. The girls didn’t say anything, but they themselves couldn’t guess such a thing, ”says Alexey.

The Martynovs have two daughters, 12 and 14 years old. According to their father, a grandmother drove to the girls' studio. What was happening there, the children did not tell the adults, Alex continues. Sometimes the eldest daughter got a little money: mom and dad thought it was a fee from shooting clothes. They liked the pictures that Dvorakovsky gave to their parents, they even hung them in a frame or posted on social networks.

When the whole truth about the “profile” of the studio was revealed, the Martynov’s children were taken away from the family, and in relation to Alexei and Olga they opened a case under the article on non-fulfillment of parental duties. Now the custody of the children was issued by the mother of Alexei. The man himself, like Ksenia Streblichenko, is trying to achieve the release of a relative.

31 volumes of case materials

In total, the investigation lasted more than two years. Materials accumulated on 31 volumes. The case was examined behind closed doors in the Arkhangelsk garrison military court, chaired by Judge Veselovsky. Closed - due to the fact that minors are involved in the process, to the military - because one of the suspects, Julia Krasnova, was a soldier at the time of the commission of the alleged crimes.

Ksenia Streblichenko, a family of Martynov and Yushkov, claim that they were pressured during the investigation and trial. According to the defendants and their relatives, false evidence was used. In particular, in relation to Yulia Krasnova and Olga Martynova, the prosecution is based solely on the testimonies of Gusarova and Dvorakovsky, according to relatives of the convicted parents. They also say that with respect to Valentina Varakina and Polina Yushkova, the investigation has only a couple of videos in which their voice ostensibly was heard, but there was no expertise on them.

The testimony of witnesses and victims was not taken into account by the court. However, it was not proved in court that parents received money for shooting children.

On September 24, the court sentenced Vadim Dvorakovsky to 10 years in prison in a strict regime colony. Olga Gusarov to 9, Natalya Nivin to 5.5, Olga Martynova to 12.9, Valentin Varakin to 13.1, Yulia Krasnov to 13.3 and Marina Yushkov to 13.9 years in the general regime colony. The appeal on October 6 upheld the sentences, slightly reducing the time for the accused, for example, Krasnova, by three months.

Fight to the end

“At the last trial, I did not hold back tears. I really fear for my mother, even though she holds on better than me. Further trials do not scare me, but my mother’s punishment for no reason scares me, ”says Ksenia.

Despite harsh sentences and an unsuccessful appeal, neither Ksenia Streblichenko nor the other children of the convicts plan to give up. Ahead of them are still waiting for the Cassation and Supreme Courts.

According to the lawyers Krasnova, Yushkova and Martynova, the court’s verdict was drawn up illiterate and it did not describe all the episodes charged to their client. Each of the lawyers told RT that there was no substantial evidence base regarding their clients, and a number of witness testimonies were received in violation. Lawyers believe that it is impossible to build a charge solely on the words of Gusarova and Dvorakovsky.
