Gorring's case is examined in a special order by a 235 garrison military court.
“I ask that the defendant be convicted and sentenced to three years and six months in prison with a fine of 400 thousand rubles,” the prosecutor said at a meeting.
Gorring previously pleaded guilty to fraud.
According to the Investigative Committee, he was charged with especially large amounts of fraud in the amount of more than 5 million rubles.
