The assistant had worked for a user in Blekinge for several years. When the patient's parent became seriously ill, three exclusive properties and SEK 5.6 million in cash were donated to the personal assistant before the parent passed away.

The assistant was employed by a private company, which worked on behalf of a municipality in Blekinge. The company's CEO is the one who himself reported the suspected crime to the police.

Now the personal assistant is being charged for grossly taking bribe, something P4 Blekinge was the first to tell. The total value of the three properties and the money gift has been measured at SEK 11.6 million.

The assistant admits that they have received the gifts, but believes that they have not had any criminal intent but have only followed the dying parent's will.

Another three employees at the same assistance company are charged with breach of the normal degree, when they received cash gifts of SEK 10,000 - 15,000 each by the same person.
