Gilles Le Gendre, patron of the LREM deputies, wants the majority to go quickly after the presentation of the pension reform bill Wednesday by Edouard Philippe and that the text be voted in the National Assembly "in first reading before the municipal".

After two years of consultations and six days of strikes and demonstrations, the Prime Minister unveiled Wednesday his pension reform and compromises, even concessions, that the executive is ready to give in an attempt to calm the anger.

Without revealing the arbitrations set at the dinner of the Elysée, Mr. Le Gendre confirmed that the goal remains "a single universal regime that is a formidable guarantee of equity among all French".

But the convergence of the 42 regimes to this unique regime will be done "taking into account the specificities, with different schedules and different accompanying measures so that, precisely, nobody is aggrieved in this reform", he specified .
