“Being convicted of falsifying the Normandy Four communique, Zelensky accepted our demands and nevertheless returned the text published on the website of the President’s Office to an agreed form,” Pushilin quoted the Donetsk news agency.

But at the same time, according to the head of the DPR, the changes were made "only in the Ukrainian and Russian versions of the site," and the English version "still contains precisely falsified text."

He emphasized that such "falsification is unacceptable."

“Therefore, we once again explain to Kiev that until all the versions of the official website of the Ukrainian president have the correct text agreed upon by the leaders, we will not implement the decisions of the summit,” he added.

Pushilin, the agency said, had previously criticized the version of the communique of the summit in Paris published by Kiev.

It was stated that the part of the text where the parties agreed that they would discuss “all legal aspects of the special status” of Donbass to “all legal aspects of the Law on Special Status” was changed.

According to Pushilin, thereby narrowing the concept of the region’s special status to one law, eliminating the need to amend the constitution, which is prescribed in the Minsk agreements.

Earlier, the EU called the Norman summit in Paris a “window of opportunity” for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, as well as a call for the rapid and thorough implementation of the measures agreed by the leaders of the “Norman Four” countries.

The summit was held on December 9 at the Champs Elysees in Paris.
