Halmstadbon Joël Paulsson built the Nebot Tower in the 1920s. An 18 meter high building located 79 meters above sea level.
- He wanted a summer residence that looked like a knight's castle. Then he found the place in Veinge that was quite high already, says real estate agent Anna Olsson.
Have you ever sold a knight's castle before?
- No, this is my first knight's castle. The Nebot Tower is the most odd item I've sold.
Is it possible to live there?
- Absolutely. There is heating, water, sewer, two toilets, shower, kitchen, bedroom and living room. So that's no problem, says Anna Olsson.
In 2011, an extensive renovation of the building was made and in recent years it has served as a holiday home and rented out. The tower is believed to be inspired by the core of Helsingborg.
- At the top it is very beautiful with 360 degree views. You see the Dutch landscape and the contours all over the Bjäre peninsula, says Anna Olsson.
