Earlier, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, said that the meeting of the leaders of the "Norman Four" countries moved the process for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine off the ground.
Also, Putin, following the results of the Norman-format summit in Paris, announced the lack of alternative implementation of the Minsk agreements.
At the Norman summit in Paris, the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France adopted a final communiqué, which outlined three points - “Immediate measures to stabilize the situation in the conflict zone”, “Measures to implement the political provisions of the Minsk agreements” and “Continuation”.
According to him, the Minsk agreements on the Donbass continue to be the basis of work in the Norman format.
