'Minsik Diet', named after Kim Min-sik, who died in the Children's Sanctuary, passed the National Assembly's plenary session today (10).

In today's session, the National Assembly passed a revision of the Road Traffic Act, which includes mandatory installation of speed cameras in child protection areas, and a revision of the Law on Weighted Punishment of Specific Crimes.

The Minsik Law was introduced in October by the Democratic Party's lawmaker Kang Hoon-sik following the death of Minsik County on September 11th.

Min Sik's parents today sat in the parliamentary seats of the National Assembly to watch the bill pass.

Min Sik's father, Kim Sun-sun, met with reporters after the bill was processed and said, "I hope the passage of the bill will have a good influence so that no children are hurt or killed in the future."

Kim said, "The reason why we tried to pass and pass the bill so far was because we wanted the children to be a little safer and not get hurt or die."

Kim and the couple asked the reporter if they would like to say to Min-Shik. Made me cry.

Kim and her husband also texted the parents of Choi Ha-jun, a text message about the treatment of the Ha Joon-Ii Act, another child traffic safety legislation that passed the plenary session today.

The Hajun Law is a bill to install anti-slip lumber in the inclined parking lot in October 2017 after a car accident in the parking lot of the amusement park slipped and slipped.

Mr. Kim said, "There are two laws, the Haeini Act and the Taeho and Yoochan Act," among the laws related to children's life safety.
