In the spring of 2014, Marie Fredriksson was out on what would become the singer's last solo tour. The designer was Johan Friberg - who has worked with many parts of the Swedish artist elite over the years.
When he was assigned the task of designing the show's light, he went home to Marie Fredriksson to present his thoughts.
- I remember how nervous I was, but I was met with curiosity and warmth. She was uncomplicated and self-evident, says Johan Friberg.
"She saw everyone"During the tour he could follow the work of the world star up close.
- Marie was wonderfully warm and caring. A man who saw everyone. And the love she got from the audience was overwhelming. It's a nice memory I have.
Marie Fredriksson died yesterday in the suites of the cancer she contracted already in 2002.
- My thoughts go to her family and close friends. And of course the colleagues who have worked with her most over the years, says Johan Friberg.
