The checks were organized after the bodies of a woman and her 13-year-old son, who suffered from cerebral palsy, were found in one of the apartments in the city of Mozhga. The child, according to preliminary data, died a week after the death of his mother.

On December 9, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of negligence on this fact.
