Al-Naimi added that the decisions included the exemption of 43 citizens of the insolvent due to the decrease in the monthly income to less than 15,000 dirhams, and their ages over 65 years, with a value exceeding 17.2 million dirhams, indicating that the exemptions decision came as a supplement to the decision to raise the value of the salary ceiling for those who are entitled to housing support to 15 thousand dirhams, and raising the value of loans in residential neighborhoods from 800 thousand dirhams to one million and 200 thousand dirhams.
