The leaders of the "Norman Four" adopted the final communiqué

The presidents of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France adopted the final communique at the summit of the "Norman Four" in Paris.



The document contains three paragraphs: “Immediate measures to stabilize the situation in the conflict zone”, “Measures to implement the political provisions of the Minsk agreements” and “Continuation”.

The communiqué indicates that the Minsk agreements on the Donbass continue to be the basis for work in the Norman format.

It is noted that the breeding of forces in the Donbass is planned to be carried out in three new points by the end of March 2020.

Also, the leaders of the "Norman Four" announced their commitment to the full implementation of the ceasefire by the end of the year.

In addition, the heads of state also called for organizing an “all for all” exchange by the end of the year.

Negotiations of the leaders of the four countries in Paris lasted more than 5.5 hours.
