Putin, Zelensky and Merkel arrived at the Champs Elysees

The leaders in front of the entrance were met by French President Emmanuel Macron.

Putin had previously arrived in Paris to attend the Norman-format summit.

As noted in the Kremlin, a bilateral meeting between Putin and Zelensky will take place after the negotiations of the "Norman Four" are completed.

In Kiev, it was reported that, before the Norman talks, Zelensky will meet with Macron, and then with Merkel.
