It was during the large refugee stream 2016 that the vessel Ocean Gala would car refugee accommodation for more than 1800 asylum seekers. The ship added to Utansjö harbor, north of Härnösand. Some refugees never moved in and the owners, Floating Accommodations Sweden AB, sued the Migration Board for breach of contract.

On Monday, the verdict in the dispute between Ocean Gala's owner and the Migration Board in Norrköping District Court fell. The owners had claims for SEK 250 million at the Migration Board, but Norrköping's district court disputes the lawsuit. Instead, Floating Accomodations is now required to pay the trial costs of almost SEK 3.5 million.
