These measures are aimed at supporting people who are building or buying housing in the Far East.
In September, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to prepare amendments to legislation to reduce mortgage rates in the Far East for young families.
President Putin endorsed the idea of launching a special mortgage program at the WEF plenary meeting.
The goal of this program is to attract people with education and qualified personnel to the Far East.
