The Fujairah Misdemeanor Court heard the case of a Gulf accused of breaking into three homes of citizens in the Emirate of Fujairah, under the influence of narcotic drugs.

The tribunal confronted the accused with what was attributed to him, and he admitted that he was not aware of what he was doing, and that he was under the influence of narcotic substances he used at that time, asking the court for clemency and mercy.

In another case, the judiciary considered the case of Khaleeji, who was caught during a vehicle inspection campaign, as police officers noticed an apparently unbalanced person, so he was transferred to the Drug Enforcement Administration for examination, and found the presence of narcotic substances in his blood.

The accused admitted before the commission that he used narcotics while driving, and the court decided to postpone the decision in both cases until next week.
