In September we told how the regional representative party with the construction company NCC 2015, in the project children's hospital.

At Björholmen's marine sealodge, participants drank cider, strong beer and wine.

Now it is instead about New Kungälvs Hospital, where Skanska and the region attended two different conferences in 2016. At Björholmen's marine sealodge, 19 people had dinner and overnight in May 2016. And at Smögens hafvsbad there were 44 people in October the same year. They ate dinner and stayed overnight - and also drank drinks, wine, beer and cider. During the dinners, several people participated in the decision-making position for the New Kungälv Hospital project.

Here is some of the alcohol that participants at the conference drank.

The total cost of the alcohol was SEK 13,500, which the region was responsible for.

"Should not occur"

"This should not happen," says Lars Jansson, managing director at Västfastigheter.

Now we have found it in one project and then in another, in how many other projects can there be alcohol invoices in?

- I don't think we should have that in any other place. This is a few years back in time. It shouldn't be there.

But when we found it in the children's hospital in September, didn't you think there was reason to check out the other projects?

- We have looked at several of the projects.

But not in Kungälv's hospital?

- Kungälv's hospital is three years back in time. That is the challenge. We didn't look at it until you asked them out, says Lars Jansson.

"Work on improvements"

Following SVT News West's review of the new children's hospital, the region initiated an external investigation of Västfastigheter, which was recently completed. It pointed to several shortcomings of the region's own property managers.

- We will now continue to work with the Group office on the improvements we need to make in order to review our projects, says Lars Jansson.

Skanska states in an e-mail to SVT that they have applied Skanska's restrictive alcohol policy, which means "a maximum of two units (beer / wine) per person for dinner and, where appropriate, a welcome drink (beer / wine)". They write that they should apply the region's stricter alcohol policy. Skanska also states that the drinks that existed contained only beer or wine and not liquor.
