The draw for the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France football, Monday night at Roazhon Park Rennes, has given birth to two posters between clubs Ligue 1, Rennes-Amiens and Monaco-Reims.

The Rennes titleholder, who was organizing the draw, will play at home against Amiens, which he beat 3-1 in the league last month. And Monaco will welcome Reims at Stade Louis-II in one of the most open matches of this 9th round.

One of the Petit Poucets, Linas-Montlhéry (R1), inherited the ogre Paris SG, finalist unfortunate last year and indefinable leader of the L1, for the most unbalanced match of this next round.

A Breton derby not lacking salt will oppose Lorient, leader of L2, in Brest, promoted late last season to the next level. As for JS Saint-Pierroise (R1), the only survivor of the Dom-Tom, she will go to Niort (L2).

Four groups of 16 teams had been prepared in advance, each with a balanced mix between different categories, a subtle cocktail of professional and amateur clubs.

In turn, Stephan father and son (Guy and Julien) then brothers Escudé, Julien the footballer and Nicolas the tennis player, have maintained the suspense.

Small important detail, except exception, the less rated clubs will benefit from the advantage of the field, with a greater chance of completing their stage, in cases where there is a gap of two divisions minimum with their opponent of these 32nd of final, scheduled for the weekend of 5-6 January 2020.
