There is a risk of average winds of over 25 meters per second in the Jämtlandsfjällen, with south-southeast winds in the calf mountains between 25 and 30 meters per second. This is stated by SMHI who is issuing a risk message.
It is not the same as a storm warning. There is great uncertainty in the weather trend, which is why SMHI announces that there is a risk of a storm.
