The earth trembles in the province of Florence. Four earthquakes followed from 8.38pm to 10.04pm between Scarperia and San Piero, Barberino di Mugello and Borgo San Lorenzo. The strongest of magnitude 2.8 was recorded, at 9.13 pm, by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, 6 kilometers north of Scarperia and San Piero.
