- This is the worst I've ever experienced. And my grandfather, who is 95, has never been to anything like it, says Wes Herring, who runs a farm in New Wales, Australia.

His farm has been around for a hundred years, but soon it may end. Wes Herring has already sold a large part of his livestock. At one point he pointed the gun at himself.

- It was just a heartbeat from not sitting here but lying under the ground, he says.

At the same time, Wes Herring is doubtful that climate change would be behind the drought.

- People say it is due to climate change ... I do not dismiss it completely, but I do not believe in it either, he says.
