It was a co-driver who, one night in mid-July, noticed the man's wobbly progress on the E16. When the driver turned off the E16 towards Sandviken, the witness chose to follow. Shortly before the roundabout at McDonald's, the car swung to and fro on a refug. After that, the witness called the police who met the alcohol-affected man in his home.

Sentenced for gross drunk driving

At the sampling around 04am in the morning, the man had 1.41 per liter of alcohol in his blood, which makes the crime classification into gross drunk driving and the man is therefore sentenced to one month's imprisonment.
