Burmatov noted that the emitters of gases are not only industrial enterprises, but also road transport, but in his opinion it is rather difficult to take into account emissions of cars.

“Therefore, if this measure is effective from the point of view of accounting, then why not. But my position is fundamental, it lies in the fact that this should not hit the pocket of ordinary citizens, ordinary consumers. That is, this should not become an additional financial burden, ”the parliamentarian explained.

Earlier it became known that in Russia there will be a new accompanying document for the car in connection with the introduction of GOST to inform consumers about energy efficiency and environmental indicators of vehicles.

This is a separate document that should contain information on how much carbon dioxide a vehicle emits, as well as how much gas, diesel, oil or natural gas is consumed per 100 km of traffic.
