According to TASS with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred in a shopping center on Taganskaya Street.
“A criminal case has been opened under subsection“ a ”of part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Hooliganism with the use of weapons”), ”the police said.
The night before, citizens reported hooliganism. As the police established, unidentified men entered the cafe, one of them “made two shots from an unknown type of firearm, after which the unknown disappeared.”
At the end of November, a guest opened fire at a hotel in the north-east of Moscow, as a result of which one person was injured.
